Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance within the body which is found in the deep layers of the skin known as the dermis, and one of its functions is to keep skin smooth and healthy by helping it retain water.
As we age our body's production of hyaluronic acid along with collagen and elastin gradually decline and this coupled with natural soft tissue atrophy and bone reabsorption, results in visible signs of ageing. Natural lines and wrinkles deepen; lips lose their fullness; lines appearing around the mouth and nose area, and cheeks lose volume giving them a sunken and hollow appearance.
Dermal Fillers are a man-made, non-animal, substance that mimics the body's natural depleted hyaluronic acid. Once injected the fillers provide support and structure to the skin, giving a plumped and youthful appearance.
During the treatment, a small needle or cannula and small quantities of the filler are injected into the dermal layer of the skin.
The product temporarily fills wrinkles, restores volume loss and enhances features by lifting and supporting the skin in the area being treated. The semi-permanent fillers provide safe, long-lasting and natural-looking results.
Popular treatment areas include cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jawline and the chin.
The treatment time can vary between client (no longer than 45 minutes). You will be offered an anaesthetic cream prior to injection taking place, however, all product used also contains anaesthetic properties to further reduce discomfort.

Hanna has received extensive advanced aesthetic training including the gold standard 18 month-long Ofqual accredited post-graduate level 7 certification in injectable and aesthetic medicine.
Aftercare
Following your Botulinum Toxin treatment you will be provided with written aftercare information and you will be given Hanna's contact details and she will be on hand 24/7 to assist you with any concerns during this time. Included in your treatment cost is a review to assess the results 14 days later. Should an adjustment be appropriate then this is free of charge. Our aim is to get the results you want at a reasonable price with no hidden costs.
